Grab or Grabbing is an action performed by pressing the appropriate button when available.
Items can be grabbed by picking them up from the ground, taking from plants, recovering from dead animals, etc.
This is one of the main actions for interacting with items in the game.
In rare cases, the Grab action is replaced by the Pick Up action. Pick Up functions the same as Grab.

You have to be close enough to the item and oriented in the correct direction for this action to appear to be able to Grab an item. Press the appropriate button and you will perform the grab action.
If you already have an item in your hand, you may have to either switch hands or drop the currently held item to have the Grab action to appear.
You can order your nearby clan members to mimic the grab action once the Mirror Neuron (CM 05) neuron is learned.
