The Horsetail is a food item and medicine.

Horsetail is found in large clumps around Fresh Water Sources.

While horsetail is very common throughout the Jungle and Woodland biomes, it gets more scarce as you head through the Savanna, disappearing in the Canyon, and then a few return at the Sand Garden Oasis at the Ocean.

Horsetail can be grabbed from a clump of horsetails.

Horsetail can be eaten to heal Injury.

Horsetail can also be used for protection against injury. Eating Horsetail while not afflicted with this condition will confer Injury Protection.
