Khat Trees Oasis is an oasis landmark in the Savanna biome.

Food is plentiful here and there is a stream with fresh running water. There is also a deep cave the heads into the hillside offering a protected place for your clan.
Dorcas Gazelles spawn in numbers around this oasis and this can lead to trouble for your clan. The gazelles themselves aren't hostile but they cause problems with scaring your clan members. Make sure to 
intimidate the gazelles away before you explore on your own so your other hominids don't run out of dopamine while they are by themselves at the oasis.
